Job Description
To perform clerical duties operating the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and create and maintain accurate data records for facilities.
Execute and monitor all activities involved in reactive and planned preventative maintenance, space and move management, asset management, operational facility services, room reservations and other customer services.
They oversee and maintain facilities. They use digital workplace data insights to drive precise improvements,ensure that the facility is secure,clean, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Computer Science/Information technology; Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or similar fields.
