AYO AYO is a sauna cafe and wellness space that provides shared-living accommodation located in Guadalupe, Cebu City, Philippines, owned and operated by Jam House Guest House & Cafe that serves homemade Japanese-Filipino fusion food.
Recently we launched our complete wellness facility with Sauna, Hot Tub, Massage and Yoga space as part of our services.
CAFE STAFF
Our ideal Staff must be
Full of energy and has a very kind personality.
Know the value of cleanliness
Someone with good vibes
Amiable and friendly
Has at least 1 year experience in any related customer service and or hospitality industry
Responsibilities:
You will be assigned at the front desk doing cashiering work, entertaining guest inquiries and introducing products and services to our customers.
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
You will monitor bookings from our FB page and respond to our
customers inquiry online promptly following our standards.
You will input bookings to our booking calendar.
Serving dishes, drinks and other needs for our customers.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Assisting guests for hostel check in, for spa services and other
services.
Assist other departments if needed (housekeeping,sauna, bar or wellness studio)
We are also need these basics:
Basic knowledge on microsoft office programs
Good personal relation skills
Good communication skills
