Job Description
The Cadet Engineer helps manage the overall plant operations including but not limited to monitoring and control, enforcement of the company's rules and policies and the focused maintenance of the machineries and other facilities of the plant. Ensuring compliance to safety regulations is a given in this job as well.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and implement mechanical and electrical/electronic maintenance and repair activities of plant machinery and equipment
Supervises production, initiates quality validation requirements and troubleshoots production dilemmas for the safe and efficient operations of the plant
Monitoring and supervising of production in each specific department
Educational Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; A Mechanical Engineering License is an added advantage
Experience Requirements
Work experience in mechanical maintenance and/or works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards;
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
