CADET ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer with or without experience in the construction industry;
Preferably with experience in Land Surveying;
Competent in computer applications (such as Autocad, Corel, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others);
Must be honest, trainable, and highly motivated;
Must be able to work with less supervision, efficient, and well-organized;
Must know how to interpret working drawings and produce cost estimates;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential.  Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
