Responsibilities:
Does analytics of OEE loss and improvements
M4841 OEE subject matter expert
Final Test Hardware integration and maintenance
Daily OEE analysis and active participation on OEE programs
Actual experience and process immersion on Semiconductor Maintenance processes and procedures
Improve Process cycle time by at least 10% which translates to at least 2,600 hours annual free capacity
Complete a value stream map for a standard automotive test flow
Define tactical and structural resolutions
Establish effective controls to ensure process stability
Lead a cross-functional team to efficiently and effectively execute a working strategy
