JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
1. Primarily responsible for assisting the Project Engineer in preparing estimates, shop drawings and Auto Cad drafting, as well as on-site coordination with contractors.
2. Assists the project engineer in monitoring daily the progress of construction activities.
3. Assists the cost engineer in preparing billings and appraisals regarding on-going housing projects.
4. Assists in preparing monthly accomplishment reports for Management regarding house construction and land development projects.
5. Coordinates with the design team, processing team, and purchaser for the inputs necessary in the implementation of new construction.
6. Prepares shop drawings and other working drawings as needed by superior.
7. Assists in scheduling of assignment of workers together with the contractors.
8. Keeps confidential information regarding pricing of works and contracts.
Job Specifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
Fresh graduate; with experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Applications, and Auto Cad Drafting
Possess leadership and people handling skills
Willing to learn, trustworthy and hardworking
Can do extended hours working habit
Knows how to drive motorcycle
