Job Description
 
Responsible for preparing the building drawings and blueprints. This position is created to ensure the structures to be built is based on plans that meet the specifications and standards set by the company and by the client.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
CADD Operation and Liaising
Perform drafting of buildings /structures such as architectural, electrical, structural, and plumbing tasks assigned by the supervisor
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and supervisor for the implementation of the drawings and/or revisions
Report to the Supervisor or Manager to consult and seek approval on task-related matters
Print copies of final plans requested by the production team and as approved by the architects
Keep and organize drawing files
Regularly backup CADD files
Safety Compliance
Comply with safety and health policies, regulations, and programs of the company
Report safety issues to the appropriate officers
Qualifications
College Graduate of any drafting course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable with document control practices in an architectural office
