Description
The position requires working closely with the Design Officer &/or Project & Admin Manager and the company's design consultants, construction managers, contractors, operations and other related parties to ensure that design requirements of the department and the company are carried out to specific standards. Ensure that drawings are updated, coordinated, checked against actual site conditions, and filed accordingly.
- graduate of five (5) years collegiate course ; preferably in Architecture or any related course;
- minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible drafting and/or construction related CAD experience;
- knowledge of current Autocad, Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion, BIM, Photoshop and MS Office;
- with an eye to visual presentation and/or rendering. Keen to details;
- familiarity with, and understanding of architectural and engineering concepts and terminology is important;
- above average written and verbal communication skills in both Filipino and English.
