Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:
 
CAD OPERATOR / DRAFTSMAN
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor in Information Technology
At least 1 year work experience
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Good oral and written communication
Proficient in MS Offices, AutoCAD, Sketch Up
Cost estimate skill is a plus
Able to work independently and in a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare shop drawing using CAD software that incorporate exact measurement, calculation and other construction details
Conduct site visits to perform actual measurement of project detail
Collaborates with site engineer and design engineer to ensure adherence to water treatment specifications and industry regulation
Analyzes building specifications, codes and sites
Accepts any other task as may be assigned by immediate supervisor in accordance to need of the department
Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives
Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concern
