CAD OPERATOR / 3D ARTIST
Starting Wage: P20,000 - P25,000
 
Location: Crown 7 Center (3 blocks from IT Park)
 
Schedule: PM Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) while in training, and will be moved to AM Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) when training is completed
Job Responsibilities
Create stunning floor plans based on client sketch
Create 3D models based on floor plans/sketches
Help build a library of 3D Furniture based on client specs and sketches
Ensure the above items are in top quality and delivered in a timely manner
Communicate to the management should items need more time than quoted before being accomplished
Help build systems and standard procedures for future CAD/3D artists
Must Haves

Must be detail and deadline oriented
Teachable and open to learning
Must be organized
Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
Familiarity with CAD concepts and practices and procedures in Virtual Furniture Staging and modeling
Solid background in CAD techniques, including 3D solid modeling and 2D detail drawings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on AutoCAD and SketchUp, 3DS MAX and Vray Renderer 
Nice to Haves
Experience working on Marvelous Designer, ZBursh, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop 
Experience in Virtual Staging and Furniture 3D Modeling
