Job Description:
Our client is one of Australia's Leading Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Company with more than 30 years of experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate business. They provide premium services of kitchen filter exchange, canopy rangehood, exhaust system cleaning, and air conditioning filter maintenance, all of which are readily available for your business on a national level.
They are now looking to hire a National Support Administration - CAD Drawings Administrator to help them create standard design templates.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the National Support Manager to create a standard design template for kitchen exhaust diagrams for all jobs that are serviced by the company.
Create CAD drawings of exhaust systems for all current jobs and incoming jobs based on the template created
General admin tasks related to the systems database as required
Back up support for the current employee doing data entry and reports
Requirements:
CAD design experience preferably in the HVAC industry
Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft suite with a focus on Word and Excel
English language skills to be good both written and oral
High level of attention to detail to be able to recognise areas of commercial kitchen exhaust systems and match before and after photos
Proficient in data entry into online database system simPRO or similar
Be a diligent worker with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
Team-orientated person with the ability to work well with other members.
