Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the CAD Designer include converting the designs of architects and engineers into technical drawings and plans; adding details to architectural plans; preparing multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects; specifying dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products; completing other related administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
A Successful Candidate must have
- Knowledge with Architectural plans and building techniques
- Keen attention to detail
- Project and time management skills
- Basic working knowledge using PhotoShop
Proficient with
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
Experience Advantage
- Metal Fabrication drawing experience
