Job Description
She revises policies to enhance the quality of passenger services.
She monitors cabin performances and writes performance appraisals for her cabin crew.
She manages cabin crew rostering and attendance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Height must be between 5'4 (F); 56 (M) to 6'2, with weight in proportion to height
Have a vertical function reach of at least 2.01. (6'7) and have no visible tattoos or body piercings
Be fluent in written and spoken English and be able to swim 50m (55yards)
Be able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your entire career.
Conduct stand-by duties close to your airport base
Customers service skills for working with passengers and excellent verbal communication skills
Demonstrate confident decision-making and effective time management
Must have certificates or trainings in Aviation
