Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree on Marketing or any related course
Excellent communication skills and can deal effectively and diplomatically with a variety of people
Must be customer service oriented
Experience in Automotive Sales is an advantage
Having the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at once.
Having proficient computer software skills (especially for organizational calendar applications and customer relationship management tools)
Primary Functions:
Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, concepts and creating marketing materials.
Gathers and analyses data generated from marketing activities
Measures and assesses the efficiency of marketing activities
Creates, delivers, edits and optimizes marketing materials and ensures messages are supportive of and consistent with strategies
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
