About the role
 
Global Star Motors Corporation is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team in Cebu City, Prince Town display; assigned to Bogo, Danao, Toledo, Carcar & Lapu-Lapu City. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our premium range of BYD electric vehicles to our customers. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the automotive industry's transition to sustainable mobility.
 
What you'll be doing:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
Demonstrate the features and benefits of our BYD electric vehicles to generate sales
Handle the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends and industry developments
Contribute to the growth and success of the BYD brand in the local market
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continuously learn and develop
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
Knows how to drive and with a valid drivers license.
Proficiency in English and the local language (Cebuano
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team
