We are in need of a Buying and Shipping Assistant to work with one of our Australia based clients.

Skills and Qualifications:
· Graduate of any business course
· 1-2 years experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain
· Experience in inventory movement, packaging, and costings
· Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping
· Basic Graphic Design skills
· Preferably experienced working in a BPO (Client in Wholesale & Retail Industry)
· Strong oral and written English communication skills
· Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Sets Up Codes for Newly Purchased Items
· Liaises with Suppliers via Email
· Creates Supplier Codes
· Manages Quote Registers
· Enters Purchase Orders
· Schedules Shipping
· Assists with the Creation of Container Sheets
· Assists with the Receipting and Costing
