Description
MDM Systems, Inc. is in need of a Buying and Shipping Assistant.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business course
• 1-2 years experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain
• Experience in inventory movement, packaging, and costings
• Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping
• Basic Graphic Design skills
• Preferably experienced working in a BPO (Client in Wholesale & Retail Industry)
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Sets Up Codes for Newly Purchased Items
• Liaises with Suppliers via Email
• Creates Supplier Codes
• Manages Quote Registers
• Enters Purchase Orders
• Schedules Shipping
• Assists with the Creation of Container Sheets
• Assists with the Receipting and Costing
