The role is responsible for the strategic sourcing of Indirect Materials, i.e. (MRO, Corporate and Marketing and Packaging) to drive value delivery to the Philippine business operations. The role may be required to work with Regional Category Managers (i.e., Packaging, Corporate and/or IT) to promote global and/or regional strategy alignment within country. The role requires business working relationship with significant stakeholders to translate requirements into procurement strategy and value.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance and adherence to ADM Procurement standards (Global S2P Policy).
Applies Strategic and/or Transactional procurement activities.
Develop the local supply market for responsible categories.
Contract Management
Supplier Relationship Management
Support Value Generation Initiatives (i.,negotiation, Asset Management, NWC Improvement)
Execute Process Excellence Projects
Execute transactional conversion from PR to PO
Execute Sourcing Events (Coupa, Jaegger, E-auction and other ADM sourcing tools)
Be able to engage and influence stakeholders in Sourcing Decisions.
Support Supplier and AP issues in Resolving Payment Concerns
Support Plant Operation in Resolving Supplier Quality Issues
Execute 6 step sourcing process.
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as buyer
Previous Buying experience either in Packaging and/or
Marketing is preferred but not necessary.
Adept in Office Applications, preferably with Advance skills in Excel
Other minimum Qualifications may apply.
