Ensure purchasing operation deliverables to BU customers measured by KPIs. Manage POs and/or programs of selected goods and services consistent with the quality, cost and delivery objectives of the supported organizations. PO management includes adherence to agreed L/T, supply management and manage supply escalation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:
1. Purchase Requisition management through coordination with Sourcing team
2. PO Management : Creation and tracking
3. Coordinates with Sourcing team on service contracts as needed in terms of execution dates and payment monitoring.
4. Executes Delivery Management to ensure timely arrival of items
5. Escalation of Delivery issues for immediate resolution
6. Acts to immediately resolve issued on Goods Received and discrepancy issue with stakeholders.
7. Facilitate Voice of Customer Meetings with End-users to confirm requirements and other plans that may impact purchasing requirements
8. Perform the work as been assigned.
Authority
In order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:
Reviews and submit purchase order for approval.
Comply the organization goals, KPI, OKM, and related operation plan(s)
Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance to this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company
Report near-miss, close-call and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations
