Job Description
Maintain and organize household schedule and inventory
Work with staff to promote a friendly, secure, and professional service environment for the high-end & vip guest
Can meet & provide top of the service for the everyday needs of the guest
Run routine errands such as grocery shopping, filling the car with gas, and taking clothing to and from dry cleaners
Assist with daily household duties such as sorting mail, answering calls, and feeding pets
Receive and greet guests and family members upon arrival
Collaborate with cooking staff to plan meals and create weekly grocery lists
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Provide exceptional service and facilitate general household operations
