Job Description
Cut, trim, and bone a variety of meats, including pork, beef, veal, lamb, poultry, and fish
Follow safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations
Operate cutting machines and other equipment to prepare meats
Package and label prepared meats
Monitor inventory and order supplies, as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Responsible for cutting and preparing a variety of meats for sale to customers, as well as ensuring the highest quality of product.
Have a thorough understanding of meat cutting techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
With working knowledge of meat cutting techniques and safety protocols
Ability to operate cutting machines and other related equipment
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
