Job Description
Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for serve Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
Experience in Beef & Mutton cutting techniques & detailing meat cuts, and knowledge of the names of the meat chunks.
Keeping records, budgets, and inventory. Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
With NO GCC experience with at least 2 years work experience in the same field
