Job Description Urgently hiring for a Butcher to be assigned at Cebu City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the entire operation within the butchery section
Responsible for the correct and timely kitchen preparation for all butchery items
Checks Butchery section ensuring the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards are strictly followed
Conduct daily checks on the quality and freshness of products
Monitor all aspects pertaining to the control of the hotel's food cost
Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as per Municipality requirements at all times.
Provide all requisitioned cuts of meat and fish for all facets of the food preparation operation.
Adhere to hotel standards for safe food handling and storage.
Keep equipment clean and in proper operating condition.
Maintain cleanliness and stock coolers and storage areas
Complete food requisitions to maintain inventory items
Maintain and clean the meat preparation counter to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS
Atleast 1-2 years' experience as a butcher in a well-known restaurant or hotel
With 2 years' experience in preparation of sausage, fish and traditional meat products
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of food safety
Willing to be assigned/relocate at Cebu City
Can start immediately
SALARY:
PHP 15,000-20,000 + benefits
Compensation 15,000-20,000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
