BUTCHER / MEAT CUTTER
Job Description:
Responsible for cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing meat products according to quality and safety standards. Ensures proper handling, storage, and display of meat while maintaining cleanliness and complying with food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate or equivalent
TESDA Butcher NC II (required)
Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety standards
Ability to use knives, saws, and other cutting tools safely
Physically fit and able to work in cold storage environments
Good attention to detail and time management skills
