Job Summary
Recruit, build, and manage a team of Financial Advisors
Ensure and maintain high levels of productivity
Provide support to Financial Advisors in performing sales activities
Qualifications
Managerial experience of at least 3 years in a corporate environment is a must for this position
College graduate of marketing, business administration, or other business related courses
Experience in operational management, training, human resources, and sales is an advantage
Confident with good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
