Job Description
•Build and maintain good relationships with various client. Responsible for growing and developing new clients to increase market share as well as maintaining current and existing customers. Perform sales retention activities to ensure continuity of client relationship.
•Follow up on customer orders
•Solicit and relay client concerns/comment/complaints to Head Office.
•Supervise accounts
•Conduct store visits to coordinate with store managers,check the inventory, monitor display of products in the store
•Directs the activities of the promodiser/roving diser, monitors sales performance and implements necessary actions to maximize sales volume within the group
•Ensures that all promodiser submit their respective report/inventory and DTR/corresponding leave/change shift form.
•Prepare the monthly schedule of Promodiser/Roving diser.
•Fills out performance evaluation form of promodiser / roving diser.
•Directs in the promotional and advertising activities of the company.
•Ensures the timely and successful delivery of products according to agreement with accounts and company objectives. Management of client's requirements from point of inquiry to delivery.
•Adhoc duties determined by the management may be performed from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management, Marketing, Mas communication or any related
• Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the said field.
• Have strong administrative and organizational skills
• Have Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have flexibility and willingness to learn
• Tact and diplomacy
• Can do multi-tasking
• Must be willing to work in QC near SM Sta. Mesa or work from home.
