The Business Tools Analyst manages operation tools and ensure that all operational tools are in best possible state
1) Managers Operational Tools for Phone, Email, and Chat
2) Monitors, reports, and fixes tool outages
3) Ensures all operational tools are in best possible state
4) Ensures staffing and team membership are updated in all tools (Phone, Email, and Chat)
5) Consistently analyses the tools and consistently looks for improvements to attain operational efficiency
6) Escalates issues to service providers
7) Efficiently distributes email workload to all available staff
