Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, document requirements, and create initiatives that support business requirements and needs.
Responsible for the support, maintenance, and project roll-out of system application
Recommends solutions and delivers an integrated, end-to-end IT solution to the business community.
Work with stakeholders and the IT team to suggest comprehensive solutions to complex business problems and present valuable solutions to business stakeholders.
Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate, as necessary.
Ensures project and system documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Ensure enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines
Drive enhancements and new initiatives in system application
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during system/integration testing and/or user acceptance testing.
Act as Subject-Matter-Expert by providing operational expertise in the department;
Other duties as deemed necessary for the job
Education and Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of Business Analyst and/or Project implementation experience.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, functional testing, and documentation.
Experience with multiple programming languages such as HTML/Python/Java/MSSQL/JavaScript/C#.
Familiar with system integrations.
Involvement in the development and implementation of projects with knowledge of SDLC.
Experience with full cycle ERP implementations related to Procurement and Sourcing.
Experience in the Maritime industry will be an added advantage.
