Lead or participate in business process analysis, solution design, application design and configuration, system integration and documentation of functional system requirements;
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements, and specifications for solutions;
Ensure data preparation for migration by business users is done per requirements and quality
Provide end-to-end project management competency to support the HR system projects implementation;
Lead project implementation end-to-end with working experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR systems;
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Responsible for the support, maintenance, and project rollout of the new system;
Ensures project and system documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
Ensure enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines.
Drive enhancements and new initiatives of the HR system
Education and Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Has around 4 - 8 years of business analysis and/or project implementation experience.
Good understanding of Human Resource Management processes and systems;
Has working hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 HR system and exposure to other modules in MS Dynamics 365 suite.
Good stakeholder management experience with Human Resource and IT team;
Strong vendor management skills
Strong experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, functional testing, and documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities
Strong team player working in agile environments and works well across different functions
Experience in the Maritime industry will be an added advantage
