Job Description
 
As a member of the Business Systems team, you will help us maintain and update our NetSuite system. Your main focus will be adding new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following the established procedures and standards, updating and maintaining manufacturer price lists and price levels, updating and maintaining item weights and dimensions. You will also be responsible for updating existing items when needed, ensuring the data accuracy and consistency. Lastly, you will be responsible for importing and updating Special Pricing Agreements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in English with different stakeholders.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes information and identifies variances when updates occur
Analyzes new item information, including manufacturer updates, and imports Item information in NetSuite
Maintain Manufacturer price levels for Customers
Import/Update Manufacturer Price Lists into NetSuite
Utilize and maintain import templates
Use the CRM system and edit documents provided to get needed information into CRM
Create quotes in CRM with accuracy based on the Special Pricing Agreements (ensure that what is on the quote matches the Special Pricing Agreement provided)
Ensure quotes are in the correct order for processing
Detail focused and possessed strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to recognize when things are not correct and contact the correct person.
Send quotes as they are prepared to the correct sales team member.
Other Ad hoc reporting/imports as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 Years experience in Accounting or Data Analytics
Minimum of 3 Years experience in using a CRM system
Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and relevant formula
Must have strong math and logical skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience and proficiency with Netsuite is an advantage
Field mapping experience preferred
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining best practices
Reacts to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Excellent team skills - works collaboratively with peers and other departments to achieve the company's objectives
