Responsibility is Worldwide in Back-End Test and Finishing domain. He/She is part of a networked team of IT professionals across the globe to provide support to users with industrial software solutions. He/She will interact with final customers to design and deliver solutions for providing: - Back-End Test and Finishing semiconductor data collection, analysis, and reporting - Automated equipment controllers needed to enable the data delivery and system integration He/she will also drive innovation towards manufacturing vision of Industry 4.0 and IT vision of Digitization. The team, Consists of senior expert individuals centrally and locally working in close collaboration. Is able to autonomously support all users of the software solutions in portfolio. Define, document, implement and manage Service Delivery disciplines, and determines the requirements for the required processes and as it relates to the Service Level Management, Availability Management, Capacity, and Service Continuity Management. Participate to Business IT alignment and manage the associated projects portfolio, thought its definition and execution. Contribute to the building and development of the IT Service Management culture and provide leadership through continuous improvement and integration of best practice and standards. Monitor and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Service Delivery function and make recommendations for quality and service improvement. Is accountable of the quality of the development, management, and updates of related processes, procedures, documentation. Define the Service Level Agreements with the TEST Operations and monitor the level of performance. Coordinate and Support the deliverables of the different projects and Milestones, of the solutions teams during the implementation. Monitors and supervises the execution and maintenance of processes and procedures, highlight and ensure all associated risks, urgency, and impacts are proactively identified and mitigated. Provide reports to business and management on the different processes (daily, weekly, and as required), this is to include ad-hoc reports and queries as required. Profile Profile Fluent in business English, spoken and written. Knowledge in I.T., manufacturing domain and semiconductor back-End domain is a plus. Analysis and synthesis spirit required in such complex environment. You have communication skills: ability to communicate complex ideas, sometimes in highly escalated situations. You should be self-driven and should be able to identify problems, investigate, analyze, and provide solution for enhancements/developments. You should be able to produce audience appropriate communication with executives, support personnel, and customer personnel, sometimes in escalated situations.
