Job Description Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Designs new programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Scope and analyze client requirements, define options & recommend solutions for highly complex projects which involve high revenue tickets. Assess solution proposals from vendor/partner and recommend the proposal that will best fit to customer requirements and will be most cost effective. Assess solution limitations/dependencies by determining the factors that restrict the full delivery of service based on required scope and timeline of client. Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on design options and assesses possible associated risk Ensure that the solution design uses Global standards and balances service quality and cost Performs customer consulting engagement and recommends network/system/application performance improvement that will result to cost savings to the company for, but not limited to, Globe Products & Services Influence customer TOR by suggesting and recommending appropriate technology and product offering that best fit to customer requirements Interface and discuss with business influencers and decision makers about topics on new technology trends that is relevant to the Industry and the customers' business, with the objective of materially helping the customer. Collaborates with other groups in developing strategies to further improve EG Products and Services and internal SLA's Technical lead and resource for highly complex and proof of concept projects requested by strategic partners and customers, but not limited to, Globe Products & Services Take the lead in collaborating with and facilitating with concern groups for all technical requirements in a BID, RFQ and RFI Presentation of technical proposal/solution to client and ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood Conduct and lead technical client workshop Develop and train new talents Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
