Summary of Position:
Sales Consultants (SC) will sell the company's products or services and provide first-class sales by creating excellent sales pitches, meeting new clients and fostering good relationships with these clients to maintain future sales. Also, the SC shall act as liaison between client and company by acting as an expert in selling products and services that meets client's needs. Further, SC should have knowledge in multimedia marketing and other related sales medium of the industry.
Job Pitch:
We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Sales Consultant to approach potential clients and inform them of our products and services. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.
As a Sales Consultant, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales with a combination of charisma with sales knowledge to create a compelling sales pitch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by meeting with customers in a sales environment driving advanced product sales and knowledge.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
• Sell the company's products and services by generating new leads.
• Follow up with assigned clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the products including answering inquiries.
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
• Perform research on the competition's services.
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Experience working in Sales for a minimum of five (5) years.
• A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to gauge client needs.
• Charismatic personality.
• Knowledgeable in multimedia mediums preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the organization's standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Knows how to drive and is fit to travel in covered areas.
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
