Job Description:
KEY TASKS
1. Responsible for scanning of department documents (e.g. billing invoices, OR's, processed documents, etc.)
2. Responsible for uploading of the scanned documents and ensure its completeness.
3. Reviews all scanned documents uploaded in DMS to ensure its correctness and completeness.
4. Participates in 5S Audits and submit reports to immediate superior and concerned department.
5. Responsible for records keeping and proper archiving and creation of file folders in DMS both for airfreight and sea freight import and export shipment documents.
6. Responsible for monitoring of daily received documents for scanning.
7. Assists the immediate superior on other admin activities.
