Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or other related discipline;
With at least six (6) months to one (1) year business process experience;
Knowledgeable in Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement with Kaizen exposure;
Experience in ERP system is a plus.
Job Brief:
The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst is responsible for future state process analysis, documentation, solution design, implementation and training/communication of WORX group of companies. This role will be responsible for streamlining, simplifying and improving end-to-end processes, driving a continuous improvement culture, with systems & tools to drive productivity and a unified user experience.
