Business Process Analyst
Km. 23 East Service Road, South Superhighway, Cupang, Muntinlupa
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Propose automation, simplification and enhancement of the existing processes; identification of process gaps or business risk (if any)
Identify system requirements, link horizontal processes seamlessly eliminating redundancies and unnecessary manual interfaces.
Liaise with users for necessary features keeping in mind best user interface experience within and outside the company
Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
Review with process owners process objectives
Collaborate with the infrastructure team and developers to produce new systems.

JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years experience in Business Process Improvement & Development.
With background in corporate process improvement is an advantage
Amenable to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa City
