We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Process Analyst & Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for
documenting, refining, and optimizing our business processes, as well as training employees and ensuring adherence to these processes.
 
This is a full-time role, on a fixed US shift and on a work onsite set-up.

Responsibilities:
 
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
• Document current processes, including step-by-step procedures, key roles, and responsibilities, and identify pain points or bottlenecks.
• Develop and propose optimized processes, including implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand process requirements.
• Create comprehensive process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate employee training and ensure consistent process execution.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new or updated processes, ensuring proper understanding and adherence.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance, collecting data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
 
Qualifications:
 
• Experience with Notion or other related software
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, or
a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using process modeling tools and software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in training and facilitating workshops or presentations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
