Essential Job Functions
Responsible for sending daily Picklist report for planners reference
Publish weekly DHL fastlane report for WPT reference
Publish weekly ODC report
Publish 2x per week the RPLANT/Stock Transfer report for planners reference and checking
Ensure close coordination with Logistics and WH to ensure timely posting of FG and picklist will be shipped as per GI date
Publish daily update on CSD hit rate
Publish daily DN creataion vs available FGs with shippable CRD
Ensure close coordination with Business Planner and Customer Service on the resolution of issue on Sales Order on CRD pull-ins
blocked order release , change MOQ for dropshipment, change plant and movement of orders to SP11
Experience : College graduate with minimum 1 year experience in clerical job
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office
Preferably have background on SAP/APO
