The Position
Job Purpose
A self-organized individual that effectively and efficiently partnering to deliver better outcomes.
The Business Enterprise/Operations Partner is an individual that will support the foundational administrative tasks to individuals and teams across Roche Pharma Philippine Affiliate, ensuring continuity and coordination of work.
As a communicative, proactive Business Enterprise/Operations Partner, it will carry out tasks with minimal direction, making recommendations and ultimately finding solutions.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Foundational Administrative support tasks (Internal and External)
Observance of and compliance with regulatory, operational as well as legal requirements (organizational instructions, SOPs, occupational safety, environmental protection, guidelines, COREMAP,etc.)
Contribute, drive and implement departmental goals / vision / strategy.
To enable business partners to operate at their highest efficiency by providing the end to end support of service delivery both Internal and External.
(Travel,Company Wide Events, Divisional events, Internal and external workshops, etc.)
Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business related meetings as requested.
Use of current IT tools for project management.
Provide admin support on the Tender/Bids.
Provide admin support on the Inventory and Delivery of FMI kit.
Continuous process improvement from learnings.

Healthcare Compliance
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and have the ability to track and manage projects through to completion.
You are tech savvy and proficient with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools. You have strong Google Suite skills.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years experience in Business Administrative Function in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
You have good verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English is a requirement.
You have experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, you are embracing the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche's 10 year ambitions.
You maintain a collaborative, professional, highly responsive, and team-oriented approach to the workplace.
You are able to work independently and with a team effectively.
