JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for establishing the local company in Taiwan, including site leasing, HR administration coordination, qualification and capital operation.
Monitor and manage projects, timely understand and analyze the operational and management situations.
Organize and coordinate the implementation of project integration between outsourcing teams and headquarters, track company development, and adjust strategies.
Revise and implement the company's strategic planning, as well as relevant institutional systems and business processes related to daily operations.
Coordinate interdepartmental negotiations and overall team management, regularly provide team operational status reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Full-time undergraduate degree or above, preferably with relevant industry operational experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with excellent management and coordination abilities, and rich project operation experience.
Strong analytical and project monitoring skills, proficient in language expression and writing, adept at cross-departmental communication.
Experience in building a team from scratch (0 to 1) is preferred.
5. Mandarin proficiency is a must.
