We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Assistant to join a growing Marketing team in the US. This teammate will assist in managing administrative tasks for the organization to support operationalizing the client workflow.

MUST-HAVES:
3+ years experience with Microsoft Office a must-have
2+ years as an EA, Biz Ops Assistant or supporting a Project Mgr is a must-have
Intermediate experience with Smartsheet (or similar) is a must-have (Smartsheet strongly preferred)
Basic experience with Asana or similar project management platform
CORE TASKS:
Verifying billing submissions are not missing any required information, following up with the Delivery team to obtain missing information, following up with the Delivery team on late billing submissions. (Smartsheet)
Updating Smartsheet formatting issues. (Smartsheet)
Assisting with archiving former client information. (Smartsheet & SharePoint)
Calendar management and meetings booking/coordination (i.e. booking meetings, Zoom calls, appointments, etc.)
Coordinate reminders, task follow-ups and pinging stakeholders as/if necessary (Asana)
Assisting with different projects' follow up and continuity using a project mgt. tool (Asana or similar)
Data entry and pulling reports from CRM (Salesforce)
NICE-TO-HAVES:
Basic experience with SharePoint is a nice-to-have
Experience of familiarity with Netsuite or other accounting software is a nice-to-have
Basic experience with a CRM (Salesforce) for entering data and pulling reports is a nice-to-have
