Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Belgrade, SRB / Cebu City, PHL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide on-going analytics, metrics optimization and reports for NCR Commerce Revenue Operations Business & Leadership/Management to assist in day to day business decisions creating ad-hoc reports for Revenue Operations business analysis
Gathering data through several ways, mining data through different system tools and looking for other internal data (working closely with other NCR departments) and analyze trends to help determining where SWM business stands (tracking billing, revenue flow, missing revenue, contract renewals, license sales, contract cancellations etc.)
Work on analyzing financial information (General ledger & Atlas), Monthly Closing & Rolling forecast preparing and processing journal entries, prepare financial variance between Actual vs Outlook, follow up on outstanding items
Analyze data trends, seasonality and other random effects to quickly identify issues or best practices and provide other business operations support
Provide support in identifying and resolving data integrity issues, coordinate with relevant NCR functions (Controllership and Billing team) to resolve issues related to revenue booking and billing discrepancy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (Economics, FON, Mathematics, Computer & Data science, Statistics or similar)
Excellent English skills - both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of Excel (Formulas and Functions, Pivot, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)
Strong knowledge of Finance
1-2 years of related experience desirable
Being able to analyze the data is crucial and to work well with other teams
Ability to think critically and provide recommendations to improve current reporting processes
Knowledge of any of the following tools: Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills), SAP Business Objects, Atlas and any other programming language - is a big plus
PREFERRED:
Previous experience in data analyses
Strong communication skills
Excellent team player
