About The Role
Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati and/or MDC 100 Building, Eastwood QC
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
Shift Schedule: Dayshift schedules
The Audit Services (AS) team within Internal Audit supports the wider internal audit team to achieve its purpose of being a catalyst for improvement in the risk and control environment. The AS team does this by providing audit technology support, supporting the department with finance/budget and administrative support and co-ordinating management information and reporting to key governance committees. In addition, the team participates in projects designed to improve the effectiveness of the IA team overall.
As the Business Operations Analyst you will be accountable for
Technical Support and problem resolution for Audit Systems (currently TeamMate and the Audit Reporting Management Database or ARMD);
User Acceptance (UAT) and Business Verification (BVT) Testing;
Data Management;
Ad-hoc reporting
About You
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and interpreting skills. Ability to operate across multiple time zones and communication channels.
Flexibility - willingness and ability to perform weekend UAT and BVT
Experience in system support - and the ability to learn different systems and processes the systems support quickly
Ability to respond to changing requirements - particularly as Internal Audit is implementing a new Audit Management System
Attention to detail - understanding broader data context while ensuring data accuracy
Change management - experience in project or change management to support the implementation of the new Audit System
Multi-tasking - demonstrated ability to handle many ongoing tasks at the one time.
Self-driven - ability to work independently
