1. Administrative & Management Work
- Oversee top-level accounting and financial tasks, including payroll.
- Review staff performance

- Maintain relationship with suppliers and principals

2. Sales and Business Development:
- Generate and convert leads into prospects and accounts for the company
- Manage and execute growth projects such as but not limited to store improvements to merchandising in the company
