BUSINESS MANAGER (TOLEDO CITY)
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is required. (Master's degree is a BIG plus)
At least 3 years of minimum experience working as a manager or in a supervisory role
Preferably residing in Toledo City or nearby
Familiarity with property acquisition, leasing, and sales processes.
Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and employees at all levels.
Experience in setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Experience in identifying areas for business improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the activities of other workers in the office branch
Trains and evaluates new employees
Ensures that a company or department is on track to meet its financial target(s).
Reports to other executives or to the CEO directly
Directs team or group leaders towards productivity and profitability
Motivates workers through incentives and positive feedback
Develops and implements budget
Prepares weekly reports for management meetings
Propose policies to boost productivity of employees
Ensures workers have the resources to complete their work
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
