YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary
Responsible for growing the Nutrition business by effectively catering to various stakeholder needs, including but not limited to
customers, suppliers, and the internal Brenntag team.
Establishes and models high standards of performance while encouraging and empowering subordinates to emulate them.
Understands and meets the needs of customers & suppliers as well as addressing the concerns of organization stakeholders.
Develops relationships with Key Stakeholders and Partners to further establish the company as a best-in-class distributor-partner.
Fosters cooperation among team members and departments to accomplish group goals.
Offers opportunities and support to all team members to help them improve their professional competencies.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven track record of growing businesses and improving P&Ls
Strong understanding of the food, beverage, and nutraceutical Philippine market to develop strategies and tactics to drive the business
8 to 10 years of people management experience
Experience in food & beverage distribution a plus
Creative thinker - strong ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
Decisive Decision Maker - strong ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
Effective Motivator - strong ability to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation
Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards and accomplish set outcomes
Demonstrates leadership, commitment, accountability and execution, and has a proven ability to drive these competences through their team
High stress tolerance and ability to make difficult decisions, ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
Strong communication and collaboration skills
