BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER
 
A.   OBJECTIVE 
 
Radiant Support Services (PH), Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer with strong proficiency in SQL and Python to join our development team. This role will be responsible for working on our Data Warehouse project, participating in its design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data volumes and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust reporting and analytical solutions. Responsibilities will encompass the standard duties associated with this position, with additional tasks assigned by the Business Intelligence Technology Lead or the Company. B.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: 
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications 
Design and develop data models, data integration workflows, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse 
Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes 
Develop end-to-end ETL workflows in Apache Airflow using Python, orchestrating and automating the extraction, transformation, and loading processes for seamless and efficient data integration within the data warehouse 
Work in cross-functional teams to build and streamline tools and processes for our data systems, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. 
Assist in maintaining quality control standards for BI related solutions and ensure auditable data resides in the data warehouse 
Create and maintain technical documentation for BI tools and processes 
Ensure solutions and related systems are monitored and healthy 
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the BI field, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to enhance BI solutions 
C.   QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role 
2+ years of experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) 
2+ years of SQL skills, including proficiency in writing triggers, and creating stored procedures 
1+ years of hands-on experience with Python 
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data governance 
Expertise in data modeling, both relational and dimensional 
Familiarity with ETL and data processing tools like Apache Airflow and Spark 
Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions 
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and integration techniques 
Knowledgeable in various BI tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. 
Ability to work effectively in a team within an agile environment, as well as independently with limited supervision 
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills 
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
Knowledge of AWS data services (RDS, DataPipelines, Redshift) 
Experience working with SAP systems and tools (ECC, TM, BOBJ) 
Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g Java, Node.js, etc.) 
Background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation industry
