A.   OBJECTIVE
 
Radiant Support Services (PH), Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing development team based out of our office in Cebu, Philippines. As a BI Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, develop ETL processes, and create reporting and analytical solutions that empower data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Duties and responsibilities will include all those customarily attendant to such a position, and such other duties and responsibilities as may, from time to time, be assigned to you by the Business Intelligence Technology Lead or the Company. B.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data warehouse designs and structures
Design and develop data models, data integration workflows, and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
Develop scalable and high-performance ETL solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Perform data profiling and data mapping to ensure accurate data extraction and transformation.
Assist in maintaining quality control standards for BI related solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to build and streamline tools and processes for our data systems (automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.)
Ensure solutions and related systems are monitored and healthy
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports, using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Create and maintain technical documentation for BI tools and processes
C.   QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role
1+ years working experience with AWS data services (e.g., RDS, DataPipelines)
1+ years data modeling experience (Relational and Dimensional)
2+ years of experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions (Database Design, Data Lakes, Data Warehouse, Star Schema)
Highly experienced with ETL/Data Integration tools (Airflow, Kakfa, MuleSoft)
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data governance.
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data integration techniques
Knowledgeable with various BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ)
Advanced SQL skills (DDL, DQL, DML, DCL, and TCL)
Ability to work well in a team, as well as establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with limited supervision
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to continuously multi-task
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and data integration platforms (AWS Redshift)
Proficiency with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, etc.)
Experience with SAP database
Background in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation industry
