By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description A Business Intelligence Analyst assists in business insighting by translating business questions into actionable insights, leveraging SQL/Python for data collection and data cleaning, performing basic exploration, and analyzing data using statistical tools to inform decisions. The role delivers clear dashboards and charts, communicates findings through concise data storytelling, documents methods and metrics, demonstrates strong stakeholder management, partners effectively with internal teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing), and upholds governance and data privacy standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Collection and ExplorationEstablish new datasets as required, adhering to appropriate ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) methodologies. Collaborate with Data Engineers for ingestion pipeline automation when necessary.Analyze the available dataset within the Data Warehouse to identify and extract the necessary data.Data CleaningDevelop and/or implement methods for transformation, management and manipulation of large and complex data sets.Improve data source, quality and relevance using various data manipulation techniques.Data Analytics and InsightingHelp internal stakeholders in understanding, interpreting and analyzing massive datasets.Utilize exploratory data analysis with statistical tools, or predictive analytics, as needed to address business challenges.Develop comprehensive documentation and related materials to facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables.Keep oneself updated with industry standards and trends in business insighting.Support the data analysis needs of external partners, such as consultants.Data Visualization and Story TellingDeliver clear charts, dashboards, presentations, and scheduled reports tailored to stakeholders.Present findings through concise data storytelling and a customized narrative for the target audience (executive vs. operational).Delivery of functional dashboards with documentation and verified usage or utilization.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of three (3) years work experience and with at least two (2) years in data analytics, data management or a related function.Has the ability to manage stakeholders (including management) and, ideally, a candidate who has a track record in data analytics, management and governanceKnows how to use analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Google Data Studio)Bachelor's degree in any business or data-related degree is a minimum.Equal Opportunity Employer
