JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop, integrate, implement, and analyze ongoing reporting to support ARDx including, but not limited to sales orders, shipments, and call volumes * Prepare and analyze operating metrics with the JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties & Responsibilities : Develop, integrate, implement, and analyze ongoing reporting to support ARDx including, but not limited to sales orders, shipments, and call volumes Prepare and analyze operating metrics with the goal of developing executive level dashboards Promote, engage, and demonstrate visual analytics tools to all business partners Organize, interpret and analyze large volumes of data Maintain all data with integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency Identify and assess patterns, trends and root causes Identify and assess problems and solutions, identify options, and recommend actions Create ad hoc reporting as necessary to support business projects Perform special projects as requested All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Dealing with ambiguity Customer Focus Timely Decision Making Functional/Technical Skills Interpersonal Savvy Organizational Agility Problem Solving Process Management Minimum Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced MS Access and Excel skills Analytical ability to query and data-mine large disparate databases for the pertinent information Outstanding interpersonal skills to articulate effectively and maintain a professional relationship with a diverse workforce and management team Must be able to understand short- and long-term goals and prioritize responsibilities to ensure successful project completion Take initiative while being a team player Detail oriented, self-disciplined & self-directed Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business related field required Minimum 2 years data analysis experience required SAP & Business Warehouse report
